Ferraton Pere & Fils La Tournée Rose French Pink Wine 750 ml, FERRATONROSE

SPECIFICATIONS

La Tournée refers to the delivery round of wines by the domaine, hence the first delivery car of Ferraton featured on the label. But La Tournée also means ‘giving a round’, so treating your friends to a glass of wine. That is what this friendly wine aims to do; connecting people in an informal setting with nice food and nice wines.
The Grenache vines for this wine are located on clay and calcarous hillsides and the Cinsault from sandy plains, in the Herauld and Gard area, in de Languedoc in the south of France. The harvest is done at night to prevent the grapes from oxidation and preserve optimum freshness. The grapes are then directly pressed without maceration, and the wine is cooled down and left on fine lees. Then the wines are aged in stainless steel vats, again preserving its freshness.

NOSE:
Floral aromas, English candies.

TASTE:
Ample and fruity attack small red berries and strawberry, followed by a long persistence of fresh raspberry.
